The Forms in Confluence no longer show a respondent's name after they have submitted a response. For example, I created a form with voting options for them. I see the vote, but not who voted. I did not select for anonymous responses. Previously, names were shown.

When I add someone as a creator, they are not actually being added as creators. My Jira Admins (elevated Jira site admins) can't add them, either. What's the special secret to add my creators? I have JPD Standard.
