Olá Pedro! Assuming this is a Trello card button (Automation > Card buttons), new buttons are personal by default, which is why only you see them. You can share an existing one with the whole board:
Open the board, click Automation in the board header (or board menu … > Automation), and go to Card buttons.
Find your button, click its edit (pencil) icon, and turn on the option to enable the button for all board members. Save.
After that, every member of that board sees the button on the back of each card.
If you are actually in Jira and not Trello, please reply with a screenshot as Trudy asked, because the steps are different there.
