When I do it the members get a notification, but it does nothing. I don't see the team in the list either. Do I need to be authorized in our system or something like that?

I want to stop getting notifications when I am only a collaborator on a Ticket

Looks like our account was closed due to inactivity -- the company went through a period with no developer, so the emails were not responded to in a timely manner. I have a whitebaord on my MS Teams, now I have to move this to Confluence Whiteboard to keep all the documents at single location. When I copy from MS Teams WB to Confluence WB, it is not working at all. Nothing gets copied over. Any solution?
