We had an user on Atlassian and deactivate the user.
The reactivation is done and user does not receives any email.
Any way to force it?
Hello @José Da Costa
Please take a look on this KB Articles to troubleshoot Notification Problems.
Manage your email and notification preferences | Atlassian Support
User not getting emails from Jira Business or Software projects | Jira and Jira Service Management | Atlassian Support
By the way, he should have immediate access, even without prior notification.
Best,

Hi José, that's expected behaviour. Reactivating a user in Atlassian Administration doesn't send any email. Unlike a new invite, there is nothing for the user to accept, because their Atlassian account already exists. The access just comes back.
What I'd do:
In admin.atlassian.com, go to Directory > Users, open the user and confirm their status is Active and that they have access to Confluence (and any other apps they need). If an app is missing, add it there.
Then tell the user directly to go to your site URL (https://<your-site>.atlassian.net/wiki) and log in with the same email as before. If they've forgotten their password, they can use "Can't log in?" on the login page.
There isn't a button to force a "you've been reactivated" notification, so a short message from you or IT is the usual way to let them know.
