SLA Trigger

I wonder if there's automation trigger when the SLA paused ?

I need to update some fields when the SLA paused.

Hi Mar,

you can use a JQL filter to retrieve items with a specific SLA paused. Example :

"SLA Field Name" = paused()

This should allow you to perform some actions on those items.
