Question

Hello team , I’m on Integration Enablement team, I’m unable to comment/assign tickets to myself. Can anyone please guide me the process how to request and where to? Thank you.

As Matthew & Mohamed mentioned, the fastest way to get access is by reaching out to your Jira Project Admin, PO, SM or Team Lead to add you to the project's required roles under Project Settings —> Access (or People / Permissions).

You could also submit an internal access request (ServiceNow/ SailPoint/ MyAccess) which your team should be able to provide the link for.

* Open your company’s IT request portal (e.g., ServiceNow, SailPoint, Jira Service Management, or MyAccess).
* Search the catalog for "Jira Project Access" or "Jira Role Request".
* Fill out the request form with the required details.

As Matthew stated you need to check with your project admin.

Its seems that you need 1 or two permission in jour project or to be in another project role.
