I created a new Atlassian account and attempted to create a Bitbucket Cloud workspace.
Workspace creation repeatedly fails with:
“Something went wrong on our end.”

I then followed the advice to create an organization through admin.atlassian.com.
The organization was created, but immediately afterwards every administration page displays:
“You need permission – Request access from your administrator.”
I am the person who created the organization and there are no other administrators/users. The organization selector is also empty.
Atlassian documentation states that the creator of an organization automatically becomes an Organization admin, so this appears to be an account/backend provisioning problem.
I also cannot raise the normal Bitbucket support request because I cannot create the Bitbucket workspace required to do so.
Could an Atlassian Community Leader please request assistance/escalate this to Atlassian Support?
