Unable to create Jira Service Management workspace

Question

Whenever I try to create a workspace for Jira Service Management, I keep getting the following error:

Something went wrong on our end. Please try again. If this keeps happening, contact support. (Issue ID for Atlassian use: Trace ID: b3d73c966f1d4b6397b57a7d2340ef4c)

I am unsure what to do about this. I cannot contact support because I am unable to create a workspace domain. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Have you created workspace before? If no Jira admin permission would be needed.

"As a Jira administrator, you can create spaces for all Jira apps that have been added to your site. To create company-managed spaces, you must have the Administer Jira global permissions. Jira admins create and manage company-managed spaces using schemes."

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, it seems to be requiring me to be logged in to my account in order to fill out the contact form.

When you contact support - do so not logged into your account - you can skip the domain field.
