Free Plan - Site is Slow and Lots of 404 timeouts regularly

Question

Ever since JIRA was upgraded to the new UI/UX, it runs extremely slow, there are lots of 404 errors and timeouts and page loading issues where pages take several minutes to load and sometimes fail.

Is this because we use the free plan, or is JIRA just slow now?

Hi Matt!

Are you using Ublock origin or any other ad blocker by any chance?

If you do, disable it and see if you still get errors.

Im getting tons of them but im stubborn and ill keep using ad blockers.

We're on Enterprise as well.

At 15-20 Sites - nearing 5000 Jira Spaces in our main space - 5000+ users - worst we've seen is an interface or two glitching out - a quick refresh brings it back.

Some times a little latency - but that's a normal Monday for a org as large as ours.

Even then - a Free Plan shouldn't be spitting 404's out.

Slow? Ok

But not 404 Errors.

In the past month - there were twice reporting of overall Jira Cloud's operation process was impacted.  One can obtain that information using the Atlassian Products status link -

We on the enterprise plans, so I cannot address the free plan.  So far no major issues were experienced by us with Jira/Confluence Cloud products.
