Hi,
I have private board and I don't know how to set it public (I don't know how I set it private).
URL is https://xxx.atalssian.net/jira/boards?contains=, result is (Private: You don't have permission to view this board).
I'm using filter which was set as a private for me, now I've set permissions to "site-admins". When I'm using a Free plan, it should be visible for everyone.
Any idea?
Hi @petrk welcome to the Atlassian community.
Currently Atlassian team is gathering votes and opinions on the same suggestion and Jira ticket is JSWCLOUD-16070. Please feel free to upvote.
@G subramanyam Not sure if it solves my problem. I somewhere set it as a private and I need to undo this action. And I don't know where.

It's due to the board filter query is private so share the board filter with a specific project or jira-users group.
If you have shared it with site admins then only it will be visible who have site admin access.

No, Filter is set visible to site-admins (who is everyone in Free plan). How should looks the correct one permission (and where to set it)?

@Manoj Kumar I want to set this filter visible to everyone but I don't see this option there. So I've chosen site-admins (which should be everyone), with no success.

If you already set it to Open then it should be visible. Please refer to the attached screenshot.

@Manoj Kumar Haven't Access tab there. I have People, Permissions only https://snipboard.io/JXyoCL.jpg. In Permissions there is always set on
Because I'm on a Free plan.
If I'm in People tab, I have in the right top corner 'Add people' button, not Manage roles.
