I purchased TeamWork Collection (Standard Edition) and don't see the "Chat Rovo" button in the interface, although other Rovo contextual buttons and fields exist in Jira. I also checked the AI settings for the products. The AI tools are currently active in Jira and Confluence, but when I search for "Rovo" on the "Administration" page and try to access the Rovo setup page, I get a 404 response.
Are there any instructions for checking and activating Rovo in a project?

Yes, I've already checked this, and according to the table in the AI-enabled apps tab, AI is available for Jira and Confluence.
But I still don't see the "Chat" button 🤔
