My team lost access to our Free plan for our Jira Software board. We did not breach any of the free trial rules (9 members, no premium features, no bill, trial or invoice).
When I go to "reactivate" from my admin dashboard I get redirected to a paywall for 9 members. When I try to pay I get hit with an error.
I have already: checked user limits, billing, invoices and product access.
My account is inactive and no one can access it unless I pay, which I also cant do. Please help
