I was excited to find out that we can use a formula for our fields, but my admin is not finding the formula option in the "create new field." He will search for it, and nothing generates. As an admin of jira cloud. I'm granting access to new comer. But whenever I grant access in a few minutes access dissappears or user try to login from coming email, link directs him to JSM instead as a customer.
