Cancel my platform

Question

Hello, Julie Atkinson Elde here. I need to cancel this platform or webpage. I do not know how I got into this, but need to cancel as I will not be using. I do not want to be charged monthly for something I have no interest in. Could you please help me.

Julie

Hi @Julie Atkinson-Elde

If you mean Loom, here’s the official cancellation guide. It covers both Loom’s own billing settings and subscriptions managed through Atlassian. Make sure you complete the process through to the cancellation confirmation.

If you’re unsure whether you have a paid subscription or can’t find it, use the Billing Support form Matthew shared. They can check your account privately and help with cancellation; Community members can’t cancel it for you.

Best,

You'll want to log into your org to cancel subscriptions (if you have access) there.

There will be cool down timers however depending on what you got.

You might be able to speed things up by reaching out to Atlassian Billing support here →
