Subscription Help Immediate

Question

Hello, We have bee using Confluence under 10 Users and accidently added 1 additional user which we have later remove as of now we have active 10 users but our workspace is showing deactivated. Can you please immediately address and activate the work space?

You could try to self reactivate by following the below steps:

If your Organization Administrator can still access the admin portal:

* Go to admin.atlassian.com and log in as an Org / Site Admin.
* Select your organization and go to Billing (or Settings —> Subscriptions / Manage Subscriptions).
* Find Confluence:* If you see an option to "Change plan" or "Manage plan", select Free Plan.
* Confirm that your active user count is 10 or fewer under Directory > Users.

* If prompted to reactivate, click Reactivate Subscription.

If the admin console is locked or won't allow you to switch back to Free, then please reach out to Atlassian Billing Support team as Mohamed has mentioned.

* Go to Atlassian Support.
* Under "What can we help you with?" —> select Billing, payments, and pricing.
* Choose Manage my plan or subscription (or Account and site recovery/ Site deactivated).
* Enter your site URL and details.

The Atlassian Community forum can't reactivate a workspace — it's staffed mostly by volunteers and other users. A billing/subscription deactivation like this can only be resolved by Atlassian Support or the Billing team, so posting here won't get the "immediate" fix you're looking for.
