Introducing Release notes on Atlassian Community: We’re kicking off the public beta for Release notes on Atlassian Community; a new, real‑time public hub for Atlassian Cloud release notes that will eventually replace the Atlassian Cloud blog as the primary source of truth for what’s changing in Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian Cloud apps. You can find it at community.atlassian.com/release-notes. Beta

🏕️🔥 Sign up now: Teamwork Collection Learning Camp: We're partnering with our Community Champions to bring Teamwork Collection to 14 cities across 4 continents, showcasing how Jira, Confluence, Loom, and Rovo are redefining teamwork. At each stop, we’ll help attendees see the connected canvas of work; go from "I've heard of it" to "I can set this up Monday"; and introduce AI with confidence, knowing not just what AI can do, but how to roll it out responsibly.

I'm More Productive Than Ever. I'm Also Completely Fried. Researchers are calling it AI brain fry. The temptation is to frame AI fry as an individual discipline issue, but researchers explicitly state that this is an organizational design problem. The levers that matter are the ways we structure work around AI, the expectations we set, the metrics we use, and the number of tools we deploy.

Apps & Collections

Platform Apps

  • Start your AI and cloud journey with the Atlassian Platform: This is the first installment in a 5-part series highlighting the biggest Atlassian Platform announcements from Team '26 US. In this installment, we tackle the question, "We have the AI tools. Why aren't we getting the results?" The answer is almost always context, which is also your most strategic, confidential asset.

  • Connect the dots for your organization: This is the third installment in the 5-part series. Use Goals, Teams, Projects, and Analytics to connect the dots of who's working on what, how work ties to bigger goals, and where to find strategic answers. Enterprise

Teamwork Graph

  • Teamwork Graph & Rovo - power AI with your organization's connected work context: At Team '26, we launched two complementary capabilities that together cover the full spectrum of how teams work with AI today: Teamwork Graph CLI for AI coding agents in the terminal, and Teamwork Graph MCP tools for AI assistant agents in apps and browsers.
  • Bite-sized Learning: Teamwork Graph MCP and CLI: Once you've wrapped up this bite-sized learning, you'll have a grasp of what Teamwork Graph is, why it matters, and how it elevates AI workflows through the Teamwork Graph CLI and Rovo MCP Server. 💫
  • Seeking Feedback: Teamwork Graph Tools in the Rovo MCP Server: We're looking for feedback on how these tools are working in practice, and what new capabilities you'd find most useful. Whether you've noticed these tools in your AI agent's responses or haven't encountered them yet, we'd like to hear from you. 45 min. call | $100 digital gift card Feedback Opportunity

Goals & Projects

  • Roll up goal progress from sub-goals: You can now choose the source of progress for each goal: roll up from success measures (existing); or roll up from sub-goals (new), where progress is the average of all sub-goals nested under this goal.

Confluence

  • 🚀 What's New in Confluence Databases - Spring 2026 Feature Drop! AI-Powered create & edit for Databases; Rich text editing; Subgrouping on board layout (swimlanes!); improved Database embeds on Pages & Whiteboards; and Jira field fixes.
  • New home shortcuts are now available in the Confluence mobile app: With this update, Home now includes a shortcuts bar that gives you faster access to key destinations in the app. It’s designed to make navigation feel more useful, more personal, and more efficient the moment you open Confluence on mobile.
  • Introducing a new level of control over anonymous access in Confluence: Anonymous access lets you share content from selected spaces with anyone who needs it, inside or outside your organization.Until now, individual spaces could still enable anonymous access even when it was turned off for their site. You can now ensure that when anonymous access is turned off at the site level, no space can override it.
  • Update on the Jira Legacy Macro conversion - We Hear You: We know many of you have run into unexpected issues since the migration of the Jira Legacy macro to the new Jira Work Item macro and we’re addressing your feedback directly.
  • XML Site and Space Export End of Life in Confluence Cloud: Starting December 1, 2026, XML Site Export and XML Space Export will continue to work, but Atlassian will no longer support these features and you’ll use XML export at your own risk.
  • Share content outside your space with access links: This Beta is set to launch in July 2026 and for the duration of the Beta, we ask that you provide feedback on the feature and insights about your experience, including usability and performance in the private Community group we’ll set up. In order to participate, you’ll need an Confluence admin on your Confluence site to sign up. Beta, Premium/Enterprise

  • Retiring Atlassian Companion for Confluence Data Center in April 2027: Once the integration is removed, customers will no longer be able to edit files directly from Confluence using Atlassian Companion.
