Premium self-hosted runners are generally available

Hello Bitbucket community 👋

In December, we shared plans to introduce pricing for self-hosted runners, and you told us loud and clear that a free option matters. Today, as Premium runners are generally available, we are happy to share that we are continuing to offer a free forever option. 

• The Free tier includes registering up to 100 self-hosted runners as part of your plan
• The Premium tier is for teams that need more scale, control, or support — it raises the limit to 1,000 runners and adds custom storage, custom Docker volumes and resources, advanced queue management, and premium support.
• Pricing: $15/month per concurrent build slot. Standard plans include one free slot, Premium includes two.
• If you're were already using our V5 paid runners, you've been automatically migrated to the Premium tier. All runner versions prior to V5 default to the free plan.
• To upgrade to premium runners, go to Workspace settings → Pipelines → Workspace runners and pick your tier.
