Announcing higher user tiers for Confluence and Jira Service Management: Confluence Cloud now supports up to 250,000 users per site*, a 67% increase from the previous 150,000 user cap. JSM Cloud has also increased to 100,000 agents per site**, representing a 400% jump from the previous cap of 20,000 agents. You can take advantage of these new user tiers through Standard, Premium, and Enterprise editions. *Standalone Confluence now supports up to 250,000 users; Confluence included in Teamwork Collection currently supports up to 100,000 users. **100,000 agents for both Jira Service Management & Customer Service Management is only available through Service Collection.

When people change a view (e.g. filters) it is saved for everyone. Help! You can stop this from happening by opening the view; opening the little "lock" icon 🔒; and turning off ‘Autosave view configuration.’
Deprecation of classic API token access for Jira Product Discovery GraphQL queries: We’re deprecating classic API tokens for Jira Product Discovery in favour of scoped, fine-grained tokens. These tokens provide better security and least-privilege access, aligning with the broader Atlassian token modernization initiative.

Upcoming Changes to Statuspage API Keys – Action Required by May 15, 2026: These changes are being introduced to ensure the security of API tokens used to access Statuspage. We also sent email communications about these changes to Statuspage admins in January 2026.

Jira Board Configuration Certification is Being Retired: This change allows the team to prioritize development of new exams with more AI-driven features while continuing to maintain and improve other exams. To support learners during this transition, the Board Configuration exam will remain available at a discounted price of $50 from May 1, 2026 through July 31, 2026.
