Hi Atlassian Community!

I'm Eliza, a Customer Success Manager here at Atlassian. I've heard from many customers that it can be overwhelming to know where to go for specific resources. Between support, documentation, Atlassian learning, and community groups, it can be hard to know which resource to use when and what you'll find there. 

This Atlassian Resource Guide is an overview of the most helpful places to start. Whether you’re brand new to Atlassian or looking to get more value from tools you already use, this guide will help you quickly find the right resource for the job.

Refer to Atlassian documentation for step-by-step how-to guides, troubleshooting helps, and updates on new features. Thanks for the very thorough article!

I - as a success champion - personally follow the credo "community first". Why? They're literally millions. There are not many questions left that have never been asked and while I seem to have the talent to ask at least one of those per year, I can only emphasize to search the community for already given answers.

This is my normal route of research for a question:

1. Search open community
2. Ask community
   1. Ask open community
   2. Ask champion community
3. Ask Atlassian Partner
4. Search documentation
5. Search rest of the internet

Disclaimer: This my way as an many year experienced cloud org admin. If you know you are lacking depth in your product wisdom or it is about a new product I would recommend to throw learning courses in on number 1 before starting the cycle.
