Q: Will this be rolled out to JSM as well?

A: This is not available with JSM at the moment, but we're actively working on new integrations between JSM and Loom, so stay tuned! 

Q: Is this coming up in a future release or is it an add-on which needs to be purchased?

A: Bug reporting mode is available in the Loom Chrome Extension for customers on a Loom Business + AI or Enterprise plan, and in Jira for customers on a paid Jira plan with the Loom Chrome Extension installed. AI-suggested work items is available in Beta.

Q: May I ask about the security of using Loom? How is the data gathered and stored and what kind of credentials are required for usage?

Q: Where can I find Record bug report button?

Q: Can Loom automatically add screenshots and AI descriptions of the screenshot to existing work items?
