How we had fun tuning Jira to pay millions to businesses hit by COVID
We have worked with a public administration to help them pay millions of benefits during COVID. As we had only 6 weeks to go live, we decided to move forward with a Jira back-office, integrated with SAP and their cyber administration portal.
As the project was a success, I decided to show how we tuned Jira at the Atlassian Community Event last Wednesday. People got quite excited and I thought it would be nice to share it broadly with the whole Atlassian Community.
I hope this short video will give you some inspiration for your future Jira projects! You will discover some nice ways of tuning Jira Server/DC with plugins like ScriptRunner, Xporter, and Custom Charts (disclaimer: I am a simple user and have no affiliation with any of the editors of those plugins)

How we used Script Fields in HTML to give an overview and browse between all requests submitted by a single company.

Script Fields also helped us to calculate the benefits amounts, based on current and linked Jira issue fields.
