It’s that time once again to take a look at everything that has happened in the past month! From major events, to product announcements, to amazing people providing great tips & best practices to help the Community, I guarantee there is something here for everyone. Let’s get started!
As always, there are a TON of amazing things happening and here is just a small sample of all the great things you don’t want to miss out on!
First up, it only felt right to give a fond farewell to the product that for many of us is where our career started. Join me and wishing a farewell to the Atlassian Server products, we will remember them fondly.

Continuing with community news, you may have noticed that the Confluence & Confluence Cloud product collections have been merged together. Now it should be easier for you to figure out where your burning questions about Confluence should be posted.

I would also argue that this is a great read for seasoned veterans as a refresher/reminder of some things you may have forgotten over the years.

First up, work suggestions for Jira Software is now in Early Access. This is a neat new feature that will give you suggestions on priority items that need your attention.

Next, you can now tag Compass components to Jira Software issues with the improved integration. The Free version of Compass allows for an unlimited number of basic users who can create individual components and read the entire catalog. If you haven’t started using Compass, there’s no better time to start!

Next, for anyone using Atlassian Assist (formerly Halp) there are some changes that have been rolled out yesterday as a part of getting ready for the Halp end of life coming in June 2024.

Finally, and I believe I saved the best for last this month, Confluence tables are finally getting drag and drop functionality. If like me, you have been follow this feature request for ages, the wait is over! You can look forward to this rolling out to your cloud instance in the near future.
