SLA based on Time Stamp field
Hi guys, could you help me please?
I have a request type where I created a field called "Data e Hora" (Date and Time, which is a Time Stamp).
I want to create an SLA based on this date and time field that my client selects, so if the client selects a specific date and time, my SLA will start counting only on that date and time. Is there such a possibility?
