Hello Everyone!

It’s that time once again to take a look at everything that has happened in the past month (and there was A LOT)! From major events, to product announcements, to amazing people providing great tips & best practices to help the Community, I guarantee there is something here for everyone. Let’s get started!

Announcements & Highlights:

• It’s that time of year again! The registration for Team ‘23 is now open. It will once again be happing in Las Vegas and yes I’m already registered and attending in person. If you are planning to attend in person feel free to say hello!

• Have you checked out Jira Product Discovery? It’s still in beta as a part of Atlassian’s Point A program (which means it’s free to try) and a number of new features have been released recently. If you haven’t been watching it already, it’s really worth a look.

• For all you JWM (Jira Work Management) fans out there, Atlassian has provided a sneak peak at a number of new additions that you can expect to see hitting your boards in the near future.

• Do you have GitHub connected to Jira? Well, hang on tight, Atlassian has announced a new “Github for Jira“ in the Atlassian Marketplace. What about the existing connector? Check out the full article for details, but it sounds like that won’t continue to be around forever. My personal recommendation would be to start looking now before you are forced to move.

• Roadmaps for Jira Software Cloud was made available to Company Managed projects back in 2018. However, you would have needed to go into your project settings and turn on this feature. As of now, this setting is on by default. Have you intentionally decided not to use roadmaps? Check out the link in the article to turn them off.

• Are you a fan of Team Managed projects? Well, now they aren’t exclusive to Jira Software. You can now create Team managed Service Management projects.
