It’s that time once again to take a look at everything that has happened in the past month (and there was A LOT)! It’s that time of year again! The registration for Team ‘23 is now open. It will once again be happing in Las Vegas and yes I’m already registered and attending in person. If you are planning to attend in person feel free to say hello!
If you work in an amazing team, be sure to let everyone know! There is still time to submit a nomination with the winners being announced at Team '23.
Unfortunately, this contest has already ended. Why am I mentioning it? Because the prize is absolutely amazing and this is a perfect example of why you need to regularly watch what’s going on in the Community. When the winner is announced, be sure to congratulate them.

First, is ISO certification important to your company? Check out this article with the latest update to Atlassian’s ISO certification status for a number of their Cloud products.
Related to that, Atlassian has also announced a number of Cloud products that are now HIPAA compliant.
Have you checked out Jira Product Discovery? It’s still in beta as a part of Atlassian’s Point A program (which means it’s free to try) and a number of new features have been released recently. If you haven’t been watching it already, it’s really worth a look.
For all you JWM (Jira Work Management) fans out there, Atlassian has provided a sneak peak at a number of new additions that you can expect to see hitting your boards in the near future.
Do you have GitHub connected to Jira? Well, hang on tight, Atlassian has announced a new “Github for Jira“ in the Atlassian Marketplace. What about the existing connector? Check out the full article for details, but it sounds like that won’t continue to be around forever. My personal recommendation would be to start looking now before you are forced to move.
Roadmaps for Jira Software Cloud was made available to Company Managed projects back in 2018. However, you would have needed to go into your project settings and turn on this feature. As of now, this setting is on by default. Have you intentionally decided not to use roadmaps? Check out the link in the article to turn them off.
Are you a fan of Team Managed projects? Well, now they aren’t exclusive to Jira Software. You can now create Team managed Service Management projects.
Finally, the Confluence Cloud team has put together a great summary of all the new features that have been launched in the past couple of months. Be sure to check it to make sure you haven’t missed! (Also there are a couple of amazing educational resources with some amazing people sharing how Confluence has helped them.)
