Invalid Source Path

I am very confused about how to clone repos with source tree.
I am working on a project with a teammate who has added me to the organization. I can open my source tree click remote accounts and see the project that I am added to but when I click clone it says the source path is invalid. But I literally clicked the project via the source tree interface. So how can the path be invalid if it shows up there?
Any Ideas?
