@Bridget - it would be great if you were able to add some videos around Atlassian Access like how to set a new org admin (the text documentation is out of date), perhaps how to claim a domain, and other tools within this product.

Even I believe that creating Atlassian Access related videos is a great idea, since a lot of users moving to Cloud look for help in setting up Atlassian Access and setting up SAML SSO using Atlassian Access.

We get requests for basic user guide help for the Jira Service Management portal from customers in manufacturing and resources industries. May come as a surprise, but there are people unused to webapps who find the most intuitive interfaces as foreign as an alien handing you a blob-like object and smirking at your perplexed reaction to something considered universally understood. A simple step 1, 2,3 guide - authored by Atlassian - would alleviate uptake tension.
