In summary, here are the migration phases:

1. Assess: Understand where you are today and where you're headed
2. Plan: Determine the steps you'll need to take and develop your migration strategy
3. Prep: Get your people, data, and environments ready to migrate
4. Test: Ensure the migration will work and determine how long it will take
5. Migrate: Move your data and users to cloud and resolve any issues
6. Launch: Help users get set-up in cloud and retire server
