How does the customer access the Sandbox? They own Premium licenses.

@Dan Wilson - A customer can go to their Atlassian Admin portal, go to Products in the top navigation, and sandbox will appear under their products in the left rail. I've attached a screenshot.

@Jessica Taylor That is helpful for the backend for JSM people working tickets, what about the outward facing portal for JSM customers only. Is there a sandbox version of that? We would like to test the external customers version as well.
