Hi Customer Success Community members!! We’re so excited to welcome you to this group. A little background: the Feature Focus initiative started at the beginning of 2025 to give Atlassian Customer Success Managers a scalable way to share the latest feature updates, early access programs, webinars, learning opportunities, and events with our customers. In 2026 we’ve taken the next step in this journey and moving forward, all Feature Focus editions will be posted solely online in this group. Additionally, the length of the posts will reduce as editions are posted more frequently.
Please share with your colleagues and encourage them to join us here! Without further ado, here is Volume 1 of 2026.

This helps strengthen security, improve reliability, and provide stronger guarantees around artifact integrity. We would love your feedback on whether immutable tags are important for your workflows and whether enforcing immutability at the workspace level feels like the right approach. Feedback Opportunity
