Repo creation stuck
I created a repo today and it is stuck saying "Please wait a moment while we create your repository". I found out afterward that there was an outage, I guess that contributed and now the repo is permanently stuck. Please fix that - either fix the repo or delete it so I can create it again.

Can I have a cron job pipeline trigger that only runs when code is changed?
