Have you guys smartened up and decided to not proceed with the change that will cause all your customer to migrate to another provider?

No cancellation or postponement has been announced so far. Atlassian's official announcement still confirms November 12, 2026 as the deadline.
I understand the frustration, especially when Bitbucket's Clone dialog still provides the old SSH hostname. Atlassian is tracking that under BCLOUD-24270. Hopefully Atlassian can provide a clearer update before the deadline. Please keep in mind that we're a community of users, not Atlassian employees. We can't make or confirm product decisions on Atlassian's behalf.

Yes, Atlassian manages the Forums, but most of us answering questions here are customers and Community Champions, not Atlassian employees. ๐

For an official response, the best place is the original announcement, where the Bitbucket team is monitoring feedback.

Unfortunately I, like most, are newly aware of the official announcement as of last week leaving less than a month to roll out a massive set of potentially dangerous changes - and made this only to let the decision makers at atlassion know this was a horrible call to make, but they can't take the time to read or respond
