I have been receiving emails regarding a password update for Bibuket for the past two days, even though I did not request a password change.
In fact, after receiving the first email, I went ahead and updated my password—and I even followed through with the second request—yet I am still receiving these emails.

Someone could repeatedly request a password reset using your email address, even after you've changed your password.

Don't follow links in unexpected emails. Open https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/security directly, enable two-step verification and check your recent devices for unfamiliar sessions.

Everytime, when I check the 'last used device' information, it shows my own device.

I have already implemented 2FA.

How can I prevent these requests from being sent again, unless I initiate them myself?

Since you enabled 2FA, you don't need to change your password with every reset email. Are the emails titled "Reset your Atlassian password," or do they say your password was changed?

before Yesterday . first time it was asked "Your Atlassian account password has changed" and "Set your new Atlassian password",

After That I have reset my pasword, then after I have got ""Set your new Atlassian password"" this type only

From my standpoint, if you have 2FA, you should be okay. Just be careful and watch for anything suspicious.
