"We couldn't log you in" - Bitbucket account may be deactivated

Hi, I can't log in to Bitbucket Cloud. My Atlassian account works fine (signed in with Google, id.atlassian.com and home.atlassian.com load normally, Bitbucket is listed in my apps), but opening bitbucket.org always ends on "We couldn't log you in" (redirectCount=2).

I've tried clearing cookies, incognito, disabling extensions, and checking my system clock. Status page shows all systems operational. My workspace is teletubbiesteam1.

Could an Atlassian staff member check whether my Bitbucket Cloud account has been deactivated and reactivate it? Thank you!

Since you've already ruled out browser issues, your Bitbucket account may have been marked as dormant due to inactivity.

Atlassian confirms this in their official KB.

Only Atlassian Support can verify and reactivate the account. You can contact them via Atlassian Support.
