In my Board I created some swimlanes.
I am wondering why the swimlane disappears, when it is not on top. Query works and there is also one issue assigned to it. See attachment for clarity.
Swimlanes are not displayed when they are empty.
Your swimlane "label = CRMHC and issuetype = story" is empty because all the issues it would display are being displayed in swimlanes higher in the list. (Specifically, "issuetype = story")
Cards can only appear once on a board to avoid confusion, and Jira executes the sort into swimlanes in top-to-bottom order.

Hi Priyanka - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Swimlanes will disappear if there is no issue that matches the query associated with the swimlane.
BUT, a card can only appear in one Swimlane and Swimlanes are hierarchical - meaning that if a card meets the query of the top Swimlane, then the card will be shown in that Swimlane.
So if you move your Swimlane from the top to, say 3rd or 4th down, and the card meets the query in Swimlane one or two, it will stay there and not show further down.
