Moving Tasks between Swimlanes

We have set up our Swimlanes by Teams . e.g. Triage Team, Data Team, Reports Team; is there any way to move a task from one swimlane to another as our Triage team receives tasks and then needs to handover to the relevant team to resole or further investigation or have we set this up incorrectly?

Hi @Gary_Harberger ,

You could have a field for the 'team', and then configure the swimlanes in the board settings to have swimlanes based on JQL, where each swimlane is linked to a query where all the tickets have that field set to the corresponding team. To move the ticket from a swimlane to another you just need to change the value of that 'team' field.

I'm using labels in this picture to show an example, but you could use a different field:
