Hello,
I’m experiencing an issue with my project—it is completely inaccessible. When I try to access it, the system enters a loop and displays the following message:
"It looks like our database is taking a little longer than usual to sync up. Wait a few moments then try again.
If you continue to see this error, raise a support request."
I’ve already subscribed to Jira Standard specifically to access support, but it doesn’t seem to allow me to raise a support request.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible?

I am reposting this information from your alternate community post at the following link to make sure you see the information:
It looks like you were already able to get ahold of our chat team they have transferred your request to our customer advocates team to take a closer look at the account details.
The follow up actions will be addressed in the following support request and I am working on getting you synced up with a advocate now:

Ah sorry @Trudy Claspill , I didn't think to check if there were other tickets for this. I don't know if there is a way to mark this as a duplicate to Atlassian.
