×We want to start using the Teams feature in Jira, Confluence, etc. but one thing that seems inconvenient is how adding someone to a Team is a manual process. Is there any way to associate Teams with a specific user group?
I've tried looking into it an have found very little on the topic.

It does not appear that the Teams API supports managing Team members yet.
Actually the second part of that page seems to be referencing how to modify the Team members, no?

You are right. I'm doing too much multi-tasking again.
I'm not adept at ScriptRunner scripting so I can't advise on that.
I know that with Automation Rules you can run rules on Schedules and use the Send Web Request action to call REST API endpoints. There's an article about the Send Web Request action here:
