Condition in workflow for custom field != NULL not working

Hello!

I have always used a condition for transitions in workflows when I did not want to transition an issue if a field was empty. I have been using this for Labels, Text fields,  etc.

I added the condition Value Field and set != NULL, for example:

A couple of days ago this condition started to fail and now all issues can transition, even if the field is empty.

Can someone assist with this problem and explain why this used to work and is now giving problems? We have this condition in thousands of transitions, which is causing severe trouble in many workflows

Thank you

Hi,

I am facing the same problem, more specific I want to hide a transition if the Approvers field is empty - any luck in getting this to work?

Hello @Sune Vester Lindhe ! I just left the textbox of the condition empty and it worked

Hi,

Do you have multiple condition in those workflows ?

Hello,

This is the only condition I have in this transition. It used to work but I don't know if != NULL is not working anymore
