Hi,
Currently we have a service desk for each client and when new issues are created by the client we clone and move these manually to a certain software project. Since the current process is quite time consuming and inefficient I was wondering if there is a way to automate/improve this process within JIRA Cloud. We would like to clone the issue on creation. Any suggestions on how to implement this?

I can't really say this is a "solution", but I know that with the addon Scriptrunner this can be achieve.
Maybe take a look to it and se if it will solve your issues.
