Hello @Maksym Yokha , Good morning

I was able to create JIRA tickets however is there any way we can automate this process? Every time I get email on outlook it should create an issue on JIRA. 

Is this possible, please advise.

@charitha_r Hi, there's no such feature in the app. Not sure it's even possible. But you can raise a feature request in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/API

@charitha_r  Hi, I think what you are looking for is this feature: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/create-issues-and-comments-from-email/ 

Create an E-Mail handler, this handler creates an issue as soon as an E-Mail is sent to a Jira-specific mail address.

You could combine this with simple forwarding rules or tools like power automate.

Hi,
I was wondering whether there was any update available about APIs for extracting content from attached emails.
I saw there have been previous questions in this thread asking the same but I couldn't see a response.
