Automation for Auto Close Tickets sending email even though its does not have a specific action

I have been having issues with running  this automation where it is sending Notification emails still from Automation from Jira. Even though on the automation rule itself there is no trigger.

Within the Transition Issue it does not give me the option to turn off the notification:

Under Notification I have removed all notifications for Issue Closed

At the moment I have had to disable this automation as each time it runs it is sending out Hundreds of emails to notify our users. 

Any help would be great.
