Hi, I need help, what is the procedure for the Jira Software Server instance to be in a DMZ.
and people outside my network can enter from the Mobile for Jira app.

There are a few existing discussions which might help you:
If something is in DMZ usually mean that it have public access (from the Internet) this mean that Jira would be available for everyone that know the URL (Also for Mobile App). Of course if this is not working it might mean an bigger problem that is related to your firewall settings.
