Hi, I'm having trouble with Jira notifications.
All users are able to receive notifications through their e-mail but I'm not.
I believe it's the same problem reported here: Solved: Some users not receiving email notification (atlassian.com)
Is it possible to check if my email adress is on the suppression list and that's the reason I'm not receiving notifications through my e-mail?
Thank you!
Hello @Caio Satyro Garcia
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Have you first worked with your Jira administrators to confirm that the Notification configurations set, and you group/role membership is set, and issue events are occurring in such a way that you should be receiving notifications? Administrators can use the Notification Helper to investigate that.

Also have you check your Personal Settings to confirm that you have not disabled email notifications?
Hi @Trudy Claspill!
I did contact our Jira administrator and nothing has been changed to my user. I used to be able to receive these kind of notifications before, but since my user was deactivated and activated again, I didn't receive anything.
About my personal settings, I did check them and it's all the same.
Please feel free to ask any other questions that may help to solve this.
Thank you!

Hi, after quite some time we ended up fixing the issue.
It was fixed by unblocking my e-mail in the "Issue e-mail audit" section.
Here's a link explaining how it works:
Unblock users in Jira with our new unsent email audit

Thank you for posting that @Caio Satyro Garcia !
That article was published in June 2024, so I am assuming the feature was not available in December 2023 when you originally posted your question.
