Trying to add a custom field with Date Time Picker in Plans - says unsupported

I am trying to create a Timeline in Plans and add in 2 custom fields with the Type being Date Time Picker. These fields are showing as unsupported; however, I am pretty sure that is a supported field type. Please help with troubleshooting. Thanks!

As mentioned by @Divya Shree , date/time fields are not supported in plans.

Hi @Stephanie Quinlan !

I have checked this for you! The same happens with me in Plans.

It says "Filtering for this Custom Field is not supported". FYR, https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/enable-custom-fields-used-in-advanced-roadmaps-in-jira/

is there any plan to change this? It would be great, if we could use a date/time field in our plans!
