Today only List View is available when viewing a Filter. How do I see my Work Items in Detail View?

I want to see my Work Items from a JQL as a Detailed list, but today, it only has the option to see in List View.  Where do I see how to change the view to Detailed view?

Click the Detail View button.

The above is from the Search Work Items screen.

The button is also available in the List tab.

Please see screen shots above contrasting what is in Sandbox and production.  I am familiar with what you are showing, but it's not available for me in Production per the pic.
