With our Service Desk outages will be submitted every day. Based on a specific category, we want to mail our customers every day at one moment on the day with a list of the outtages. They don't need to see the issue itself, just a list with the corresponding information (the fields).
How do we do this?

To see any portion of the Jira issue data a user must have permission to the data in that project, so to share data to a user without an account you are limited to creating an export of your search results from the issue navigator and sending the exported information to the external user.
