Retrieve certain participants from the field "request participant" to another customfield
Hi Community,
Our client needs to retrieve selected value from the "request participants" field and add it to a custom field.
For example, if there is the value "a,b,c,d,e" in the requested participants, we need to put some value from the field 'requested participants', e.g "a,c and d" in a custom field in order to be able to send email to those participants who are in that custom field.
Does JSM allows this functionality and how?
