Parent-Child Issues

Hi dear communitiy,

I need your guidance,

We created X Project which is company-managed Project in Jira Cloud.

In this X Project via Actions button we create 3 different issues,2 of them task work type other is “request” work type that we created. 

However, in X Project i want to see my process; basically percentage of done issues that created by via actions button. Such as “child work items” bar.

Due to we have standart plan i have limited automation and issue hierarchy.

So maybe i can create custom field which is copy current issue key, and when i create task using action button that custom field’s issue key run as parent(standart field) which means i need how to copy issue key in another custom field.

Are you saying you wish the items you created from the action button become a child item of the issue you trigger them from?
