Outgoing project e-mail addresses cannot be specified

Hi, I have a problem with the project email address in JSD Cloud.

In our company, different sender addresses have been defined in different projects, but nobody knows how to do it anymore.

Now a new project has been created in which the sender address is to be changed from project@company.atlassian.net to support.project@company.com . Unfortunately this doesn't work, but the following error message appears: "Domain-Standard for this domain failed.

Where do I have to configure the sender address?

Unfortunately I didn't find anything to this problem, but maybe somebody knows what's wrong here.

To be able to change the project email, your domain must be verified first.
