Limit the number of linked issues.

I want to link only one problem to a particular Incident.How can i restrict the count of linked issues to 1.

With issue links you can’t. But you might use a custom field where you can enter an issue Id. If the files fits only one value it’s impossible to link multiple issues. 

With an automation rule (there is a plug-in for that) you can then automatically do the reciprocal connection if you wish.
